How SweepsRadar Verifies Casino Information

Our methodology explains how we handle sources, availability, promotions, redemption rules, ratings, and freshness.

Verification principles

SweepsRadar separates factual verification from editorial explanation. Official first-party sources are preferred, and missing evidence is reported rather than filled with assumptions.

Source hierarchy

Preferred sources include official operator websites, help centers, Terms, Sweepstakes Rules, promotion pages, provider/game pages, and official availability or restriction pages. Affiliate sites, Reddit, forums, review platforms, snippets, and AI summaries are not verified by default.

What “Verified” means

Verified means the relevant claim is supported by an identified, appropriate source and retained within the applicable scope and verification date.

What “Not currently verified” means

Not currently verified means the available evidence is insufficient or stale for a current claim. Missing evidence does not mean the claim is false.

Availability methodology

Availability is checked by location and evidence. Availability is NOT the same as legal status, and we do not infer nationwide access from silence.

Bonus / promotion methodology

Promotion information is time-sensitive. We identify current support where available and do not turn missing evidence into a claim that no offer exists.

Redemption methodology

Redemption concepts remain separate: minimum, method, request frequency, processing time, and payout time. A one-request-per-24-hours rule is a request-frequency rule, not a guarantee that redemption completes within 24 hours.

Games / provider methodology

Provider and game information retains its source scope and date. Time-scoped examples are not presented as a complete or current lineup without supporting evidence.

Rating methodology

If no editorial rating exists, the public status is “Not yet editorially rated.” We do not show fake stars or an AI-generated score.

Editorial vs factual content

Editorial explanations help readers understand information; factual claims remain tied to the verified evidence available for the relevant page.

AI-assisted drafting principle

AI-assisted tools may help organize or draft content. Factual claims remain subject to SweepsRadar verification and publication controls. We do not disclose model internals here.

Freshness

Verification dates and source scope matter. Promotions, availability, redemption terms, and provider information can change, so readers should check current official information.

Corrections

When a material error or outdated statement is identified, the relevant information can be reviewed and corrected against appropriate current evidence.

Affiliate independence

SweepsRadar may receive compensation from certain operator links. Compensation does not determine verification findings or editorial conclusions.
